Year 2’s day out at the Natural History Museum

Year 2 had a fantastic day out at the Natural History Museum in Tring. As they wandered through the museum, they were fascinated by and enjoyed looking through the wide variety of exhibits, from tiny insects to magnificent birds and mammals. They particularly enjoyed the hands-on polar workshop, where they got to feel animal furs, feathers, and bones while learning about creatures that live in icy environments.

This experience provided valuable hands-on learning opportunities, helping the pupils develop a greater appreciation for the natural world. They enjoyed learning about the amazing diversity of life on Earth.
