Fauré’s stunning Requiem to be sung by Motet Choir in Holy Week
One of the world’s most loved choral works will be performed by the School Motet Choir this Holy Week.
Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem in D minor, will be sung by the Choir at St Mary’s Church, Harrow-on-the-Hill on Monday 26th March 2018, accompanied by orchestra and organ.
The work, which focuses on eternal rest and consolation, is a fitting piece to be performed in Holy Week, when Christians remember the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ.
Everyone is welcome to attend. There is no charge for tickets but registration is required.
