The New Memorial Hall is a versatile dining space that holds a maximum of 240 people.

Located in our Senior Campus, Middle Road, Harrow-on-the-Hill, London, HA2 0HN, this space benefits from a separate area, ‘The Refectory’ which accommodates up to 75 people standing and 60 seated for dining. Both areas can be hired separately or as one large area with full flexibility on set-up and layout based on your requirements.

The hall is located in our Senior Campus, Middle Road, Harrow-on-the-Hill, London, HA2 0HN.

What is the capacity / dimensions of the hall?
  • The hall has a maximum capacity of 240 people.
  • 240 people can be accommodated in theatre-style seating.
  • 150 people can be accommodated in an exam-style setup.
  • 150 people can be accommodated in a dining-style setup.

For reference, the dimensions of the hall are: 28m x 10m, The Refectory dimensions are: 10.7m x 13.4m x 6m

Are audio/visual (AV) facilities are available?

The hall also has audio/visual /presentation facilities – please enquire at the time of booking.

What's included in the hall hire fee?

Included within the hire of the venue is the option to use our existing furniture, including 5ft and 4ft wooden tables and chairs for seating.

Does the venue have wheelchair access?

Important information for Hirers:

  • Kitchen facilities are for School use only
  • The School is a nut-free site
  • The sale of alcohol is not permitted on site.
  • Weekdays: Access is from 6:00 pm onwards only.
  • Weekends: Site must be vacated by 5:00 pm
  • External service providers (e.g. caterers, DJs) must supply:
    • Public Liability Insurance
    • Relevant risk assessments
    • PAT testing certificates for all equipment
