Marketing, Events and Digital Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School’s Marketing Team with a focus on the full range of external and internal relations at the School, including for Quainton Hall now established as John Lyon Prep School. This includes multi-channel marketing and admissions advertising as well as maintaining the School’s website, social media channels and publications, as well as looking after the School’s brand.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively in a vibrant open plan environment and possess excellent organisational and administrative skills with a thorough working knowledge of MS Office. A calm approach, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure are essential, as is the ability to communicate and deal confidently with a wide range of people and situations. The post holder will have considerable knowledge of best practice within a marketing setting, be an excellent organiser, able to act on their own initiative to problem-solve and possess outstanding interpersonal skills.

Salary: c£24,099 based on the hours and weeks below, depending on skills and experience
Hours: 35 hours per week x 52 weeks per year
