Business Administration Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead and manage the School’s Central Administration function and a team of 7 administration staff across the two School sites.  The Central Administration Team (CAT) provide a range of specific administrative responsibilities, as well as general administration support to colleagues and departments.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic and vibrant open plan environment and possess outstanding leadership, operational and administrative skills with a thorough working knowledge of MS Office. They must be an excellent organiser, able to act on their own initiative to problem-solve and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. The post holder will have considerable knowledge of best practice within an administrative setting, have excellent time management skills and the resilience of managing a team across two sites. A calm approach, attention to detail, awareness of confidentiality and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure are essential, as is the ability to deal confidently with a wide range of people and situations.

Salary: c£39,000-43,000, depending on skills and experience.

Hours: 40 hours per week, year-round
