Members' opening times Want to be fit and healthy? – Call us today to join the JLS Sports Centre on 0208 426 5102Individual membership of the JLS Sports Centre is available outside school hours during term time and for extended periods during the school holidays. We have accredited Personal Fitness instructors as well as Swimming Coaches who can help you with your fitness and lifestyle goals. Personalised fitness programmes can be developed to suit all individuals. Free car parking is available outside school hours. Our school delicatessen serves hot breakfast rolls, coffee and hot chocolate and is open to members during school hours. Membership fees Three categories of membership are available, with the monthly subscription starting from as little as £21:

Our 25m, six-lane pool provides an ideal environment for freestyle swimming and water sports. Qualified life guards are on duty at all times. A full range of swimming classes for all ages and abilities are available to meet your individual requirements. Private instruction can also be organised on request. Our Sports Hall is equipped to host a wide range of activities:
