The John Lyon School has a thriving partnership with Northwood College, a local girls’ independent school. The aim is to ensure that pupils can mix confidently with the opposite sex, while allowing both schools to retain the advantages of single-sex education. Our partnership programme also involves shared staff training, so that teachers at the two schools can learn from each others’ best practice.
