For 11+ the boys sit a 90-minute online test, which examines cognitive process and covers elements of Mathematics and Vocabulary. The online test is designed to identify ability, rather than taught achievement. There is also a 20-minute creative essay test, which must be hand-written.

For 13+ entrance, there are compulsory papers in Mathematics, English, French and Science, as well as optional papers in History, Religious Studies and Geography.
